Sushi Hiro
Buried within an office building, and quite possibly the best place for raw fish in Hong Kong. Sushi Hiro is decored with minimalist interior, which stays faithful to Japanese style, unlike some more opulent Hong Kong restaurants, but what really draws in the Japanese crowd is the freshness of the fish, which you can watch being filleted in front of you at the sushi bar.

Rated as one of the best places for authentic Japanese food. Sushi Hiro is a favourite amongst Japanese people in Hong Kong, because they serve traditional food. That means they don't serve miso soup with corn. There are 2 floors, one has a sushi bar and is called Sushi Hiro, and the other has a tempura bar and is called Ten Yoshi. Both have the same menu but Sushi Hiro is the preferred spot. The dinner here is usually a bit expensive, can due to its excellent food quiality, is highly recommended. It's not a pretentious trendy Japanese restaurant, but instead sticks to the traditional japenese charm.
